Afton 15 Farmhouse kitchen
Updated – part 2.

Besides the small expansion to allow for a major kitchen remodeling, additional design criteria included building a modest 12’ x 8’ two story addition that would allow the creation of a mudroom on the main level where daily; shoes, boots coats, jackets, school bags or brief cases could be stored.  And on the upper level of this farm-house the need for a central bathroom for the kids was a wish.  A compact 96 SF addition created the desired spaces on each level and actually allowed for additional closet space for the Master Bedroom, a unique solution that benefited all family members.

Features:  custom crafted entry cubbies for all things needed to be stored, beautiful custom crafted prairie style white painted vanity cabinets, granite counter, undermount bowl and custom closet system for master bedroom walk-in.

South Mpls. Exterior remodel – part 2.   Three years after taking on the main level kitchen and bath projects, this client requested a low maintenance update to the exterior of the home.  Prefinished Hardi-Board siding in lap and shingle texture patterns evoke finishes similar for the age of the home.  The front entry deserved special attention and got it.  Classic Tuscan columns create a covered entry ceiling with beard board finish on it’s ceiling.  Meticulous landscaping completed this inviting entry where there was none previously.

: Custom Cherry cabinets, natural granite countertops, porcelain subway tile with custom glass accent tiles.

Testimonial; How great to have glamour shots of the house!  You guys do great work – thanks!
