Valley Forge

ABOUT this PROJECT – Valley Forge (client Moe – Plymouth)

Plymouth.   A typical wood siding home from the late 1980’s was due for extensive siding maintenance and our client wanted to minimize their work for years to come.  Low maintenance cement board siding, PVC trim boards and cultured stone accents transformed.  Two patterns of sing were used on the home.  Both horizontal lap and shingle look cement siding were used with color accent trim boards delineate the difference between the products.  This typical suburban wood sided home has transformed into the low maintenance the client wanted and achieved major curb appeal that neighborhood walkers have become gawkers.

ABOUT this PROJECT – Sheridan

So Mpls. revisited.   A sagging lean-to front entry porch that had covered and removed a couple classic columns was remodeled to once again achieve an identity to this south Mpls. Home.  Sawhorse was in the process of completing a main level remodel to a home a few blocks away and our 2nd time customer walked by the transformation of that client’s front entry and asked we achieve something similar to her home.  The two classic columns were salvaged and placed in a location of more prominence and a small vaulted ceiling over this structure allowed for a quaint hanging light fixture to ad to the inviting feel.  Low maintenance steps and landing offer a up to date and safer way for quests to enter the home.  Now this front entry has the enticing feel she saw us completing down the block

ABOUT this PROJECT – Afton 15

Afton 15 Farmhouse updated – part 2.  This client had an original 1910 farmhouse that had miss-placed additions and was long overdue for an extensive interior and exterior remodeling. A cramped layout restricted both kitchen and front entry into the home.  A minor 4’ x 12’ addition on the back allowed expansion of the kitchen and the 12’ x12’ two story addition on the front allowed for both main level enhancements to the entry and master bedroom and hall bath additions on the second story.

Features:  Low maintenance exterior siding, aluminum clad energy efficient windows, high profile shingles.

Testimonial; The birthday party was great.  The photos are gorgeous!  I still can't believe it!  Thanks again for all your efforts on this project.  We absolutely love our new spaces.
