ABOUT this PROJECT – Sheridan
So Mpls. Kitchen and bath remodel. When this childhood home of our clients came up for sale this retiring couple made their way back to Minnesota. So they became the new owner of her old home and she knew remodeling the home to meet their current demands was a must. A modest 24’ x 10’ addition allowed for conversion of an existing bedroom into a main level master suite. A separate soaking tub and shower are well detailed with subway tiles and fit the vintage of the home. A small sunroom was created to have morning meals and grow plants as well as allow the laundry room to be accessible on the main level. The kitchen was enlarged by only 4’ which allowed for finely appointed white cabinets and space for a small prep island. The ergonomically friendly self-closing drawers and roll outs allow easy access to all things needed in the kitchen.
Features: white painted prairie style cabinetry, complimentary stained maple island cabinets, granite countertops, natural maple flooring, white subway backsplash tiles. Ergonomic full extension drawers and accessories
So Mpls. revisited. A year after completing the main level kitchen and master suite, this client invited Sawhorse back to give identity to the main entrance to the house. A covered entry is finely detailed with Tuscan columns and low maintenance synthetic decking and is accented with period lighting and red entry door.
Testimonial: "Thank you Sawhorse for doing it again!! I am so pleased with the new front entry – Great Design and expert project management."
